380 pages avec de nombreuses photographies récemment découvertes, des détails sur les scènes supprimées, des pages du script, le calendrier de tournage, des mémos, des contrats, ainsi que des souvenirs des acteurs et de l'équipe.
Il comprend également six images de film tirées des bobines 35 mm originales du film « King Creole » et, en exclusivité pour ce coffret, un vinyle collector spécial de 10 pouces avec pochette illustrée, recréant l'album japonais original « King Creole ».
2 CD est également inclus. Le premier CD contient les enregistrements de la bande originale du film « King Creole », y compris un enregistrement en acétate récemment découvert de la séquence d'ouverture du film. Le deuxième CD contient les enregistrements studio RCA de février 1958, des démos et des spots radio.
