juste attention inedit etoilé par rapport aux sortie officielles ...mais tout de meme  Le coffret et les livres ont été compilés par David English & Pål Granlund donc. Le package FTD, qui doit sortir à la mi-août, contient pas moins de huit CD avec de nombreuses pistes rares et inédites (y compris des performances nouvellement trouvées). Tout cela complété par deux livres cartonnés remplis de photos rares et inédites des négatifs originaux. Le premier livre traite des différentes répétitions avec 290 pages. Le deuxième livre documente les concerts et contient plus de 300 pages. Tout le matériel audio et visuel pour chaque répétition et concert est documenté par des professionnels. Les CD et les livres sont emballés luxe  LP de luxe. Le package total coûte 220 euros en moyenne
